DDS. Dentistry for me isn’t confined to an office. It is a huge part of my life and being an integral part of Smileworx is a dream come true after more than 13 years of hard work and dedication as a dentist. He was born and raised in India where, as a child, I had an insatiable hunger for knowledge and learning. This childhood ambition pointed me in the direction of the medical field. With the loving support of my parents and later my incredible wife Mona I was able to turn my dreams into reality when I became a dentist in 2007. I subsequently opened my first dental clinic where I built and grew my patient base. While serving my patients at the practice it was important to me to give back to the community by providing free dental check ups in rural areas outside of my office hours. After practicing for 9 years, my passion for learning brought me to Canada. I found that in order to establish myself on an international level as a dentist it was necessary to further my education at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry. I graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2011 and gained further invaluable experience by working as an associate for the past 4 years in Mississauga and Brampton. Which brings me to my most recent move to Smileworx Dental. I feel extremely fortunate to be able to step into such a friendly, successful and proficient office. He is very excited to meet you and look forward to continue, with the support of my team, to offer you and your family the amazing dental care that you have become accustomed to at Smileworx!

Born and raised in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, Dr. Jack is a double graduate of McGill University in Montreal, Quebec (Bachelor of Science 1986; Doctor of Dental Surgery with Honours 1990). A residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, continued Dr. Jack’s education where she gained experience in general dentistry, as well as oral surgery, TMJ Clinics, anaesthesia, emergency, and dentistry in the James Bay native communities. She practiced as a general dentist in Toronto, Saskatoon & Waterloo prior to her arrival at Smileworx Dental Clinic in Oakville in 1992. He is a member of the RCDSO, The Ontario Dental Association and The Academy of General Dentistry. Through these associations she takes pride in keeping current in the field of dentistry by participating in many continuing dental education classes. Dr. Jack is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Dental School, working enthusiastically as a restorative clinical instructor in the third and fourth year clinics. He and her husband, Matt, an RBC executive, keep busy with their four adult and teenage children. Their black lab,Crosby, keeps both outdoors with walks or runs. Dr. Jack enjoys spinning, yoga, road cycling, skiing, and travelling. Cooking, Netflix and reading to fill whatever time is left. He cares deeply about her patients and their dental needs and takes pride in promising meticulous and predictable dentistry. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Jack understands the stress many patients feel in the dental chair and carefully works to ensure a patient’s experience is positive.

Registered Dental Hygienist. Born and raised in Oakville, she shines when it comes to connecting with patients, and explaining dental hygiene in a friendly, professional manner. As with all our hygienists, her gentle yet thorough hygiene techniques make it easy for our patients to relax during their appointments. Away from the office, you will most likely find Lisa on the ice, coaching and assisting with hockey and figure skating. Lisa has been a long time coach of Oakville’s prized Synchronized Skating team
