XY Body Treatments - Whitford City Branch

IPL treatment is very good and the staff are fantastic. Shame the owners can't sort out their suppliers so that products are readily available for home after care.
Although I am extremely please with the care and attention to detail all the staff, in particular Ash, provides each and every time I visit the Whitfords salon I am extremely disappointed that I have waited THREE MONTHS, and still waiting, for my Dr Aspect Eyelift cream.
At no stage have I been contacted by management with an explanation/apology nor has my faulty eye cream even left the salon for a replacement as the salon staff are STILL waiting for a batch no from the salon owner so they can send it back.
There has been no delivery of this particular eye cream in over three months and find it incredibly frustrating being on a skin care regime that I cannot follow simply because the salon owner cannot be bothered to sort this out.
I feel for the therapists at the salon as they always go above and beyond for their clients, even offering their own eye cream from home, only to be let down by the powers that be which leave them in a very awkward position. Some resolution to this issue would be appreciated!!!!
