I know two friends who got Ultracel very cheaply via Groupon, and both of them complained that it was a total waste of money because they didn’t even get poor results; they got literally no results at all. What I’ve discovered since going to Dr Rakus for the treatment is that its success depends almost entirely on the quality of the machine used. Cheaper clinics use the cheapest machines, and - surprise surprise – deliver the worst (aka non-existent) results.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

Dr Shobhna Singh was my trusted Doctor for 30years until l shifted out of the area completely. Before l left l had a full skin diagnosis and full face laser treatment & follow up creams etc that need to be used strictly afterwards. 2x lip fillers twice. And Fillers in the areas needed. I looked 10 years younger. Dr Shobhna Singh is an extremely respected Physician. And knows her craft. Highly recommended. Wish l could keep getting treatments. So if you're a working person and want the best quality face & body treatments look no further.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

I’ve had bbl, breast lift, jaw contouring, under-eye filler, wrinkle treatment and butt augmentation with filler after weight loss. Am I forgetting something? Clearly since I keep coming back everything went great and I don’t trust anyone else that much. These procedures have made me the best version of myself and gave me confidence. I feel super safe going into surgery or doing something minimally invasive and I know for sure that my doctor is there making sure everything will go smoothly. Also, he will never lie just to sell you something. He will inform you in full detail what to expect and he will tell you honestly if he thinks you are a good candidate for such procedure or if you even need it. I had did my filler treatment by Dr Raimie. He is very polite and caring towards me during the treatment process. And the nurse are working there are so kind. I feel very comfortable with Cleo.

Lip augmentation This was my first time ever having fillers and I was so worried I was going to look like a pufferfish, especially when she said I would need 1ml. She explained everything and showed me a diagram of what she was going to do and where she was going to inject. Gabriella reshaped my lips with 1ml so I could notice but barely, I went back after 2 weeks for a review and she added another 1ml to my lips. I trusted what she was saying so I agreed. Once finished my worries were gone because they were shaped lovely and so natural looking. I am so happy with Gabriella's work.

I opted for treatment with Leah Hills (therapist) and she was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic.

This is a very hands on responsive clinic which operates with all the relevant info & support one needs. It is a busy, fast paced & efficient clinic & one needs to retain all the facts which are presented to the client. Suzie is incredibly professional & keeps up with one’s treatment. She suggested the medical Obagi treatment & I can see it was a very pertinent choice for me. She’s pretty impressive!
