Nice staff smooth arrival. Luxery taxi from airport to the hospital. Blood tests at the same day/night. Very comfortable suite room. Careful and nice nurses. The surgery next day. Ghe surgery went smooth. The doctors are professional and take good care of their patient. They pay attention to the details of your sympyoms an past history. The surgery went smooth without any complications. The surgeon is always available to answer all your questions. The translator is a very nice warm hearted young lady. Her name is Almira. Soecial thank to her and to yhe sweet nurses. She is available anytime and always available at the phone. She cares alot about the patients. Third day of surgery, the same luxery taxi takes you to the airport. You get all the medicines you need for 1 to 3 months with you from the hodpital before leaving. All in all one of the best experiences of my life. RECOMMENDED!!! Nora :)

I will forever cherish all the care, from the time I took the knowledge of the Sleeve procedure to Airport pick-up, tests, scans and the painless procedure and aftercare. They looked after me well and I'm healing very well without any problem. My stay was so comfortable and staff was so lovely and helpful and they speak English very well. My weight was a struggle for me for all my life. Great experience.I travelled with a friend who was my companion and her daughter who was also having the surgery. Very well organised from day one. Faith Ozturk guided us through the whole process from the initial contact, all the way to the follow up once home and was on hand 24/7 for any questions or worries. The whole process went very smoothly pick up from airport to hospital for pcr test then back to hotel. In contact the whole time telling us what time we'd be collected for the drive to the hospital in the morning. Once at the hospital it was very well run, the surgeon Dr Bora Koc came to see us and explain the process, he spoke very good English, whilst we had test done and blood taken. Once back from surgery the staff were very attentive and came to take regular observations, making sure we were free from pain and hydrated. I had frequent visits from the English speaking liaison who was there within seconds if a nurse didn't understand a question or answer you had. Dr visited quite a few times over the 3 day I was there keeping a check on recovery. Overall a very good, positive experience and would definitely recommend.

Seven months ago, I had my gastric sleeve. Everything was very soothing. I went to Istanbul only for my surgery. To be very honest, I was very nervous about my surgery, but when I came to the clinic, I noticed that they provide their best services at a meager rate. All the staff members and doctors are concerned about the health of their patients. Within one week of hospital and & hotel stay, their clinic staff members very much cared about my health status, and I lost 42 kg in seven months. I must say this is the best experience ever in my life.

Very responsive answers all kinds of questions. The operation went very smoothly, the dietitian with the Dr is lovely and explains everything thoroughly. Highly recommended
