I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

Great Experience! Initially, I was reluctant to make the decision to proceed with the Gastric Sleeve procedure with any clinic as it’s a big decision. My Partner came across Dr. Cem Arslan Clinic. We found a contact number and to my surprise it was actually Dr. Cem's WhatsApp (Business Account). We arranged a video call that evening and I was grateful to meet Dr. Cem and have an open discussion about the procedure, why I wanted to do it and a few health questions (nothing intrusive). I recall asking Dr. Cem, why he provided his time as other clinics did not do this. He responded by saying this is how we operate and he wanted to provide a personal service, where possible. This was great to hear as a few weeks prior, I was in contact with another Clinic, where all my medical questions were relayed back to the Doctor but I did not feel the same connection. Regarding the communication with Dr. Cem, please note that English is not his primary language but the conversation was manageable. I was then contacted by the Medical Co-ordinator on the 19th August. Zeynep was awesome. She had been through the procedure with the clinic herself and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I had concerns about the procedure and as with any operation (whether in the UK or Abroad) there are risks. There was no pressure to proceed and was advised to research more online. Zeynep also informed me that any hint of risk identified during pre-tests, however small, the procedure would not be possible. Zeynep goes beyond coordinator, very professional, to the point and cares about your well-being. Arrived in Turkey on the 18th September and was met by Sercan at the airport who took me and another patient to our Taxi. Really nice minivan/SUV with comfortable seats and TV to watch music videos. Sercan was professional, polite and even offered to carry the luggage (Not his job but was decent of him to ask). Due to Zeynep being unavailable for the arrival, all the coordination was done by Almira. I was notified in advance, so no issues at all in change of coordinators. Arrived at the hospital and was greeted by Almira. Almira is very professional, courteous and a humble person. Like Zeynep, Almira naturally cares about your wellbeing. I got into the hospital room and then taken for a series of tests. Probably took an hour end to end, not much waiting. Almira was with me throughout the pre-tests. Next day was the surgery and Almira came back in the morning and stayed with me until I went down for Surgery. I had a visit from the Doctor to say I would be the first operation of the day. At no point do I recall Almira or anyone asking me for Payment as soon as I arrived. However, I did make payment before the operation as its a service being offered. The company Op. Dr. CEM Clinic are professional and not after your money. They only want the best for you based on my experience. Surgery took an hour. I will be honest, the moment I woke, I had nurses around me and Almira. I struggled a bit to adjust to coming off the Anaesthetic but Almira was by my side, even when I was throwing up (common side effect with Anaesthetic) and I felt relieved and calm. Throughout the next few days/ nights, Nurses visited me to check on IV drips, and painkillers and encouraged me to walk a lot. Yes, walking is very important. I wish I did more walking. The Doctors visited me each day to check on me, which showed they cared a lot. I was only meant to stay in the Hospital for 3 days. However, the team showed great empathy I was offered to stay in the hospital for 2 more nights, to keep me comfortable. Forgot to mention, a day after Surgery, I went down to get a standing CT scan to check for any leakages with the Sleeve. All was clear, which was a relief. You can see the fluid that was given travelling down your oesophagus to your New Stomach. On the 5th Day, I was discharged and before leaving, I got a visit from Zeynep (who an amazing person to meet), Almira and the Dietician (Gokce). Gokce explained what I could eat/drink in detail, what I should expect from the change in lifestyle and the benefits. I was given medication and vitamins to take back home along with my discharge papers. Gokce is very knowledgeable and still provides me after care with my diet via WhatsApp app. Thank you Gokce for keeping me on track. My overall experience was fantastic. I did my research and kept my NHS GP updated pre and post-operation. When I explained my experience was in Turkey to the NHS GP, my weight loss to date and how good I felt, my GP was very happy for me. Just over 3 weeks from Surgery and I have lost nearly 12kg. My whole experience with NoveMed has been amazing from the start. I felt apprehensive about booking my surgery in Turkey but my worries were unfounded. The nurses at the hospital were brilliant, always quick to help, constantly checking on me. I got quite nervous just before going into surgery & the nurses were very comforting & kind, making me feel a lot more relaxed. Büke the dietician came to visit me after my surgery, she was very informative & friendly. She explained my diet & medication for the next month & brought my supplies of protein shakes, milk & snacks. She will stay in contact with me for the next 12 months to make sure I know what to eat & to stay on track. I would definitely recommend using NoveMed, thank you.

Well, how can I start. I was so mediocre before get this treatment. I am like 5'4 and was like 236 lbs. I have doubts on my mind and never been able to chance to feel myself brave to get this treatment. Finally, I made my decision and start to make my research. Hence, the number of comments on trust pilot is high and the rating score was high, that encourage me to contact with them. All I can say is it was an excellent service from talking about my options to having the operation. The salesperson was really concerned and answer my all doubts, the doctor and the patient service was amazing, and I always felt like I was at home. After surgery, I was starting to loose weight after surgery. It has been like 3 months since I got my surgery. Thanks for Clinic Center to help me getting this hard procedure without getting trouble. I went to this clinic for a sleeve gastrectomy. Unfortunately, I can only give it 5 stars. Fatma and Damla were so lovely and took great care of me. You are available to your patients 24/7. The pick-up service also worked very well. From the hotel to the clinic and the airport. I felt very comfortable and well looked after in the clinic. Many thanks again to the nurses, doctors and the nutritionist who opened my eyes. I recommend CLINICS UNITED ANTALYA 100%

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

My experience from start to finish was 100% excellent. I got a gastric sleeve. Asli was amazing and made me feel so relaxed and answered all my questions. The hospital was spotless, the nurses were excellent and my surgeon was so lovely and approachable.. I would use AYT again for any thing 😊😊

I had my gastric sleeve surgery on 26/04/22. It had been booked for a few months and in that time Fatih the coordinator was very patient and very helpful at answering my 1 million questions. Upon arrival at airport on 25/04, I was picked up by a lovely driver who made me feel at ease, I then was took to the hospital for covid tests and then dropped at hotel. All arrangements for the next morning were sent to me that day so I knew the schedule. I was picked up from hotel on morning of 26/04 and had to fast from 11pm the night before. I was immediately impressed with how clean and modern the hospital department was and how friendly the staff were. All the tests were explained to me and performed promptly. The surgeon Dr Bora came round and was so friendly and made me feel at ease. He explained they would do the endoscopy and the surgery under the same anaesthetic to minimise the risk. He also gave me a time for my surgery which gave me time to mentally prepare. I had my surgery in the afternoon of 26/04 and was sleepy and in some pain (mainly gas pain) for the next 24 hours. The nurses were very helpful and always asked if I wanted pain relief or help. I can't thank them enough. I spent two days in the hospital and then two days in a hotel before flying home. I would highly recommend the surgery and the clinic. Very professional, very customer service focused, made me feel at ease and the care was first class. I also had no transfers or taxis to pay, I was driven everywhere by the clinic drivers, given medication, a diet plan no instructions on how to start moving around.

I just want to share I had a gastric sleeve on 2nd June 2022 . Arrived home 5th June. Start weight 17stone 2 horrific as I am 5foot 1. Wow what an excellent experience. I was nervous but my assistant Deniz and driver Rustu made every fear disappear straight away. Rustu even shared his own personal experience of sleeving which was commendable. Pre op checks unbelievable, lung expert, cardiologist, scans, ct scan, xrays blood tests much more than I feel would happen in the UK hospitals. My surgeon and his team are fantastic and the aftercare team can't thank enough. Nurses down to the cute ladies who clean the rooms. Thank you also to Eren the dietitian your advice is simple and clear. Cleanliness- 100% professionalism- 100%. My Turkish is rubbish and I was ashamed to say this .... everyone's English was spot on (I will try to learn for my next visit I promise)! If they said I had to do it again tomorrow I would be on the next flight. Easy, uncomplicated and 100% care on the highest level. Thank you all so so much and excited to reverse diabetes and feel human again. Forever grateful to the clinic in Antalya. Thank you Dr Mani and Dr Nurallah, you are the best of the best!! I feel like I've said goodbye to my little family.
