I am one-week post-surgery and very excited about my new journey. The process was pretty simple to get signed up, pick a date, and coordinate the pick-up with Sandra. The only problem that I ran into was that not everyone speaks English. I was lucky to have my husband with me who speaks Spanish, however, he wasn't with me every second and it was a little difficult to explain things or understand what they were saying. Additionally, I was told that I had a hernia. When I rode back with four other people and mentioned it, they said they all got told the same thing. I find that a little odd and it is an extra $350 to pay before leaving the hospital. In general, I am glad to have gone with ALO and definitely recommend them and Dr. Ramirez.

I just had to buy a plane ticket, and everything from the medical tests and the hospital stay to the hotel was included in my package, which was great because I didn’t have to move around different places. They even picked me up from the airport! A big plus was the bilingual staff, since my Spanish is a bit rusty. After the surgery, they provided me with a super comfortable private room in the hospital, which by the way is very beautiful, and then they arranged for my stay at the Quartz Hotel, which is within the same complex as the hospital, the room was spacious and simply amazing. It's been six months and I've already lost 65 pounds! This surgery really saved my life, and the personalised care made all the difference. That's why I recommend them.

I had inner thigh surgery, really recommend this surgeon. The people are very nice, always helpful through the entire treatment and after treatment follow-ups. I am still currently going for other treatments still after a year of surgery. I chose this clinic because there are other friends that had other surgeries and had been successful. I was surprised to see how clean the entire clinic is. I continue going for follow-ups and other treatments.
