It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

I first came along with my friend for her bypass surgery. I decided after seeing the fantastic team from the surgeon to all the staff. They all were so caring and a well managed team. The transfers were included in the price friendly drivers and were on time promptly every time. The hospital was very clean and all questions & concerns were answered straightaway. The after care was 10/10 all staff were really caring and listened and resolved any problems which raised. I felt safe and cared for from the start to the end. I had gastric sleeve surgery. I had my surgery ten days ago and this was so easy no pain and I started to walk immediately after the operation 5 days later I started to work again but you do not have to wait, after 5 days you can start to work again. Now I lost weight and this continues. I feel happy since then.

I have recently had 2 Alcon Panoptix trifocal lenses fitted in my eyes along with 5 tooth implants. The service given by SAM patient services was of the highest calibre. The experience I have received from catchlife had exceeded my expectations,they are in contact with you all the time from before you leave,during your treatment and stay and when you go home. I have recently been for my gastric sleeve over in Antalya with the Lovely Irem and her team. I really couldn't fault them one bit. everything was so smooth from arriving at the airport to the transfers to the hotel to be looked after by the lovely nurses. I had no problems Irem explained everything to me and put me at ease. Wouldn't recommend anybody else. Thank you so much again Irem for all that you did for me.

Full stop: Dr Burak from Medhera Health Clinic is the dentist you need to go to! Due to an accident as a child, I have always struggled with my smile. I damaged one of my front teeth and required a crown from the age of 7 or 8. Last year while travelling, my crown (performed by another dentist) fell out, and I was left with a missing front tooth. I began to investigate treatment plans, thinking I'd get a dental implant. Let's just say, the quotes and treatment plans I received from other dentists were ridiculous, full of unnecessary cosmetic procedures, such as full front 8 veneers, when I only had one bad tooth! At that point, I was considering going to Europe to have my treatment done, then I took a chance on Dr Burak. From the moment I first met him, I knew I was in great hands. He never recommended any unnecessary treatments or cosmetic procedures, it was clear he wanted to provide me with the most cost-effective and efficient treatment plan to get the best possible result. It was also clear, that giving people perfect smiles is NOT about the money for him. He is truly passionate about his work and above everything else 100% TRUSTWORTHY. Dr. Burak recommended that I get Clear Correct to correct my bite before installing a dental implant. He never once brought up the idea of getting veneers to make it easier to colour-match my crown, after speaking to his staff it was clear that he would not perform veneers unless there was no better option. If you've ever researched this procedure you know that veneers and crowns ultimately need to be replaced every 10 years or so. Some dentists love to recommend them because it's guaranteed you'll be coming back to the office to drop about 10-20k on your smile in 10 years. Dr. Burak is NOT that dentist. When starting the Clear Correct treatment, I had two options, either wait with no front tooth to get my dental implant (that would mean painting a front tooth onto each Clear Correct tray) or get a crown. With no dental insurance, I wasn't sure what to do and considered getting the crown done elsewhere. Worried about my results, Dr. Burak performed the crown procedure for me at cost. Despite this generous gift, the procedure was performed with the same exactitude and artistry Dr. Burak extends to all of his patients. I was sent to a lab for custom colour matching and received the best crown I have ever seen. It perfectly matches my other teeth. Now my Clear Correct treatment is completed, my crown is still going strong (no need presently to pursue the dental implant) and my teeth look amazing. Thank you so much to Dr. Burak and the Medhera Health team for the amazing experience and treatment. I love my smile now thanks to you all! <3

12.5/10 - Fantastic Experience, Great Coordinator, Nurses and Hospitality staff! Asuman is the greatest coordinator! I went to turkey to have gastric sleeve surgery (weight loss option). My coordinator was the nicest, respectable, reliable, politest, generous, helpful, kind, pro-active, efficient person I've ever met! (besides the women in my family) overall great/perfect coordinator. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from start to end in which I am extremely grateful for. I stayed in the Radisson Blue hotel which was amazing, clean, lovely views, good lighting with 5 stars customer service. I stayed in turkey for 8 nights and checked into Medical Park Hospital on the 2nd day in which all my medicals such as blood tests, scans etc was taken. The next day was surgery day, I was greeted in the morning by the surgeon who was very polite, kind and professional, he talked me through everything. After the surgery going very well, I was left in care with the nurses who were very very attentive, kind, warming and hard working. Even though I was in a lot of pain and frustrated after the surgery, the nurses understood and were very helpful and were very kind and very respectful. My hospital room was spacious clean, stylish and comfortable. After spending a couple of days recovering in the hospital I returned back to the hotel where I was greeted by Rana and other nurses who were all extremely lovely, helpful and all had great/positive energy. Overall I would rate this Gastric Sleeve experience 12.5/10. Thank you.
