Jon was extremely helpful and has given my husband advice on exactly what the problem is and exercises. Also, recommendations for a brace which should improve the situation he finds himself in, came out much more positive than when he went in as feeling very depressed. Feels confident to play golf and ride a bike.

I have had two appointments with Suzie and although it is early days yet I am very pleased with the treatment. The treatment I received helped relieve my arthritic pain and I have much confidence in her knowledge and abilities.

Following a fall down some stairs, pains caused by damaged internal soft tissue were affecting my lower back, hip and all down one leg. Because I was walking with great difficulty using a metal frame, Ping kindly came to my house. I have always been nervous about needles but was made to feel completely at ease, finding the whole experience to be a surprisingly pleasant one. I look upon my treatment as a real turning point in my recovery. Afterwards, I could walk unaided, and the following day was able to dispense with the walking frame. I would never have thought of this treatment if I hadn't been attending Ping's Qi Gong classes and had complete faith in her personally. My trust was not misplaced, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her treatment to anyone in need.

I had ongoing foot pains for several years, from being on my feet and standing for long hours at work. Barely able to work, having taken 3 weeks off I could not walk a flight of stairs, or stand for any length of time. In desperation I booked an appointment with Richmond Clinic as my GP could not help me apart from medication which did nothing. I was examined and diagnosed with plantar fascitus by Dr Patel. After just 3 treatments of focused shockwave, I am able to take my dog for a good hour's walk, not reliant on the pain medication and happily back to work.
