Welcome to Redwood Health Therapies. The South's Health, Beauty & Aesthetic Centre in Winchester's City Centre. Redwood Health Therapies provide a comprehensive range of over 100 health, massage, medical, beauty and aesthetic treatments from a team experienced therapists. Open 6 days a week and closing on week days at 8:30pm.

This wellbeing and therapy centre is located in the heart of Winchester. A team of 32 therapists offer patients a variety of therapies at the centre. Services provided include hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, a wide range of massages, osteopathy, McTimoney chiropractic treatments, remedial massage, sports injury treatments, acupuncture, naturopathy, counselling, hypnotherapy, therapeutic smoking cessation treatments, therapeutic weight loss treatments and advice, cognitive behavioural therapy, nutritional therapy, yoga and Pilates. The centre also has a beauty salon that offers over 80 health and beauty treatments.
