I had acupuncture with Stephanie. Stephanie was so understanding and knowledgeable. This was the first time I had acupuncture and didn't know if it would work. I woke up the next morning feeling so much better. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Job Title: Podiatrist Biography: Our senior podiatric clinician, Hilary Nossiter, qualified from the Wessex School of Podiatry, Southampton, in 1992. She is registered on the Health Professional Council (HPC) which means she has satisfied their rigorous inclusion criteria and by continuously updating her learning skills is able to offer the most appropriate services. She has concentrated on developing a general podiatry practice which offers a full range of treatments.
Hilary has a special interest in postural awareness for all ages. She uses foot mobilisation techniques to identify and release connective tissue restrictions that impair healthy biomechanical function of the foot. This, together with simple exercises and the provision of orthoses, allows the feet to operate more effectively.
