I am a fully qualified Acupuncturist and Naturopath (Dip Ac, Dip Nat) based in Greystones and a member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association. My qualification in Acupuncture and Naturopathy included a solid grounding in Biomedicine and I have been trained to identify red flags and refer to and work with GP’s if required. I have also undergone specialised training in Cosmetic Acupuncture with the Active Health Foundation in Galway, Ireland. I treat a wide range of patients with many different conditions including insomnia, stress and anxiety, musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain, digestive problems and gynaecological conditions. I use Naturopathy to work with the patient and identify areas that lifestyle adjustments can be made. I am understanding of the daily pressures and stresses in modern life and work closely with the patient to form a realistic plan of action towards improved health and well being.
