This is a business-to-business sales position where you will help the Clinics to learn how effectively use our site to attract new patients in their business, develop a digital advertising strategy that meet their growth goals, and create a long lasting relationship between the Clinic and WhatClinic, where WhatClinic becomes an integral part of their revenue growth strategy in the future. You will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger sales team whose focus is growing WhatClinic customer base worldwide. You will be in a phone based environment, where you will interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls, email and other mediums as well.

The team goal is to ensure that WhatClinic provides the best service possible for each customer and remains an integral part of their marketing strategy going forward. The Renewals Manager is responsible for engaging with our existing customers as their subscriptions are running low. You will work in a phone based environment, where you will interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls, email and other mediums. The ideal candidate would be a skilled objection handler who can easily identify the indicators of churn on accounts and proactively provide solutions.
