I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had sleep apnea and snoring surgery. I was very impressed with the hospital it’s better than any private hospital I’ve been to in the UK. All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had. After the surgery, I was well looked after by the team anything I needed they did. I would highly recommend, for the standard of treatment it was exceptional value for money. Hii! I'm Inara from karachi pakistan and I visited florence Nightingale Hospital, last year in Oct 2022, for my father's kidney transplant. My mom was the donor and my father was the recipient. I really want to thank the doctors, nurses and the entire hospital staff for making our trip worthwhile! The doctors were GREAT, highly skilled professionals! It was so easy to talk to them and we could ask them any questions without hesitation! The entire staff was swift and efficient. The surgey took longer than expected but they kept us informed. The doctor personally came out during the surgery to let us know what was going on! The post-operation care was on point as well. From medications to monitoring everything was done professionally. We were under great care! Lastly I would also like to thank Alisher, our international coordinator who was there with us from the start. He arranged everything for us and was always ready to help. His services made the entire trip much more comfortable and easier, making the entire process seem like a walk in the park. All in all the experience was 10/10.
