After an elbow replacement over a year ago resulting in limited movement and constant pain. My husband persuaded to book an appointment with Sam. My NHS consultant had said that there was no benefit in physio as I couldn't force my arm to do something it wouldn't do and that I might always have pain. Sam has proved the consultant wrong. I had my first consultation with Helen today and I was very impressed with her thoroughness in diagnosing the issue with my shoulder. Even although the first consultation was via the telephone she was able to assess that my problem was with the rotator cuff in my right shoulder, agreeing with an earlier diagnosis by the nurse practitioner at my GP. I was advised that rehabilitation exercises should improve the pain and mobility issues with my shoulder and Helen started me on the first of these and arranged a follow-up face-to-face consultation in two weeks time.

When it comes to being a master at his craft, Garrett is that! He has a pair of hands that will kneed out the tightest knot, the most stressed muscles and stiff discs ! And he has a personality that you'd pay to be in the company of. A gentleman to his fingertips. And a phenomenal therapist

Thank you for listening to my problem and for the treatment given. The lower back pain has improved but the pains in the right thigh and knee are more severe but hopefully, the exercises will take effect.

I went to see Tony at A W Physio summer of 2019 as I had constant lower back pain from facet joint degeneration which I have had for several years (I am 61 years of age). I have tried many treatments over the years but after seeing Tony for acupuncture and ultrasound my pain is much reduced. He gave me exercises to strengthen my core and so alot of it is down to me now to discipline myself to do them as I know the longer-term outcome is dependent on this strength work. Tony is a lovely guy, will make you feel at ease and wants to help. I would certainly recommend his clinic.
