Hyfrecation is primarily used for small raised moles (often known as dermal naevi), skin tags and warts. The hyfrecation process uses micro-currents of power to heat small treatment tips which, when applied, destroy the target skin or the blood supply feeding a lesion. If the doctor feels that the mole needs to be cut, stitched and sent to histology, then there will be a further charge for this procedure. Usually only one treatment is necessary.

The results were amazing and we even had a nice follow up call the next day to make sure all was ok. My daughter had a large skin tag removed under her eye.
