I had a tooth extraction with this clinic on my trip to Vietnam because of a painful cavity on lower root after 3 days. My experience was very pleasant. I made an appointment and response time was good. I had an x-ray done with excellent consultation from staff. All that help were very patient and pleasant. Made me comfortable and was very professional. The lady that pulled my tooth was very good. I was well informed of procedures and the price before the extraction team performed the extraction. My situation was hard to save tooth as cavity was below the gums on the root of the tooth. X-ray confirmed by my consultation. The girl receptionist that handled check out was very kind and passionate. All in all, l was very pleased with the service l received and would come back most definitely. My tooth broke and I needed a new implant. I got an appointment very quickly and the process for getting the new implant started. The dentist was very knowledgeable about implants and dentistry in general. He did a very through review of my full mouth situation and ensured that all the relevant adjustments were made - not just fitting an implant. The team was also very flexible with my travel schedule and sorted out the implant appointments at a good time. Overall, great support and results.
