All staff very friendly and helpful. My composite bondings over chipped teeth look wonderful and far better than expected. I'm delighted with the result. Three visits altogether were required and I think good value for money.

We have recently joined the practice which all started with us seeking a second opinion from our current dentist. The service we have received at Salters has been truly exceptional. Michelle who was our first point of contact is the most adorable, kind caring lady who has gone the extra mile in helping us. I am an events manager and I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service and Michelle has exceeded all expectations. Dr Joanne Salters was so so helpful and again we felt so comfortable with her excellent care and not to forget Mr Tait who has a wonderful manner and has started excellent treatment on my son. It honestly makes such a wonderful chance to have such personal care and to really feel so looked after. I cannot recommend you enough, Thank you.

I am normally terrified of seeing dentist- however , urgency needs was priority. I had a hygiene treatment with Nikki which was excellent. I haven't visited recently due to the COVID 19 outbreak, but when I have attended my regular 6 monthly check-ups, I must say that the service and standards that are at this practice are amongst the best I have experienced ever. The staff are friendly, attentive, but best of all, Peter the dentist is an expert in all matters related to dentistry. If you are nervous about going, please don't be, as Peter and his staff put you at ease straight away. You will not have a bad experience here.

I found Vivek a very professional and friendly dentist. He was new to the practice. I was a very apprehensive patient. I was very nervous. I have not been to a dentist in 40 years. All my teeth had to be removed from the hospital and I went to Vivek for dentures. That treatment is now coming to a close and I intend taking my special needs son to him. I chose this clinic after reading reviews online.

I visited Backwell Dental Care on 30/11/21 to see my Hygienist Mrs Helen Harrington. As usual, the procedure to enter the Reception area was controlled and gel used. We were seated metres away from each other. The Receptionist was very professional at all times. Helen was gentle, exceptionally thorough and her usual professional and kind self. On 01/09/21 I visited Dr Patrick Kennedy and he gave his usual caring, thoughtful and professional service. His skill is second to none and I have been a client of his for many years. I have never ever received such a professional service when visiting a dental practice. My husband who is a dental phobic now happily visits this practice with no anxiety whatsoever. He visits Dr Paul Bucknell who is most professional. I can highly recommend this practice which is 5 star at least. I was recommended many years ago by a friend who had amazing teeth. I have never looked back.
