The reception was great, but gaining entry is like entering an illegal drinking club with the covid restrictions. Knock on the window and if accepted you are led to a side door. This was my second dental consultation as I was not happy with my teeth and wanted veneers and a crown. After a pleasant consultation, I was happy with the compeitive price, which alsost halved the previous quotation elsewhere. Within a few weeks, I am sitting here with the same I requested and I am so happy. Dr Patel ensured I was comfortable at all times, whilst the work was carried out Midland Smile Centre had all the technology, which no need for a mouthful of mould. I took my two children for their check up today, with Jai. The receptionists couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful. The treatment that we receive is always very thorough and Jai is always so friendly. I would absolutely recommend this dental practice to anyone and have done to friends and family.

We have recently joined the practice which all started with us seeking a second opinion from our current dentist. The service we have received at Salters has been truly exceptional. Michelle who was our first point of contact is the most adorable, kind caring lady who has gone the extra mile in helping us. I am an events manager and I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service and Michelle has exceeded all expectations. Dr Joanne Salters was so so helpful and again we felt so comfortable with her excellent care and not to forget Mr Tait who has a wonderful manner and has started excellent treatment on my son. It honestly makes such a wonderful chance to have such personal care and to really feel so looked after. I cannot recommend you enough, Thank you.
This is the best Dentist I have ever seen, I came to him as my dentist cannot fit implants, I was wary as they were offering discount at the time but I am so pleased I did as being so scared of dentists from the past he put my mind at ease, I have just had one implant fitted with a second being prepared and I am over the moon with his speed and manner. Each time a tooth was removed I have had no pain and no need for the painkillers, my sister had just had a tooth removed and is still in pain a week later. I have visited this Dental Practice for over 35 years. Yes, there has been a change of personnel over this time but I have always received exceptional service and care, and the current team, from Dentists, Dental nurses and Reception team are all excellent.
I have attended this practice for several years. My dentist is Nadia and her nurse is Louise. Their professionalism, expertise, knowledge and friendliness dispel any concern regarding treatments such as crowns, the dreaded fillings or repairs that may be required, and all of which I have had at one time or another, alas. Nadia and Louise work as a great team at this practice.
