When I got to know that Dr. Fauziah will be the one treating me I automatically switched my mind to proceed straight away to do my veneer without any doubt, because I believe Dr Fauziah is so professional and has a naturally lovely personality. She took the time to explain every procedure in details with her beautiful illustrations. She also gave all the effort explaining all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. Her staffs are so helpful and friendly. I was given an appointment for 2 pm but got a call later for an 11 is an appointment. It's good since my tooth was in pain. I did not have to wait too long and was checked immediately. The doctor gave the option to extract or to be treated, I opted for extraction. A professional doctor and nurse for service rendered. Explain do and don't after extraction and reasonable price. Even though I encountered pain after the second day it was looking into it by the doctor and nurse immediately. Felt more relieved.
I am visiting my parents in Malaysia and I shared with Dr. Soo that I reside in the US but came to take a second opinion on my dental health. I am super impressed with this young doctor who not only took her time to do clinical studies of my teeth but also wanted to be thorough, sent me for a 3-D imaging. What I found hard to believe is that Dr. Soo charged me only RM30!!! Can you believe that? She is a specialist and she could have taken the opportunity of me living in the US but she DID NOT! Thank you Dr. Soo. I appreciate your integrity very much!
