I recently rang to make an appointment for myself with same clinic to have my own teeth straightened to discover there was an 18 month waiting period. I had met a lady who had been to Castle Orthodontics and she highly recommended them. I have had three visits there to date and all the staff I encountered were extremely professional and welcoming. My first meeting was a free consultation to discuss what treatment I would need and everything was explained in detail in a private setting. There is a staff member with you during each visit to guide, explain and assist with any questions you might have. I also love the fact I can make my next two appointments in advance to fit into my personal schedule. So far, I have had a very positive experience with this well run, professional clinic.
Excellent service during the lockdown. You wear a mask, the doctors, nurses and technicians wear masks, but you get seen to and treated with professionalism. I felt like a hypochondriac coming in with a minor injury, but the consultation, x-ray and advice I received put my mind at rest. A great service!
