Well, three days ago I had a hair transplant, it is in fact my third, having had 2 in the UK about 8 years ago. The Transplant at Vanity can not be considered in the same league as the other two. Vanity is Champions League standard, every small piece of the service is to a whole new level. From the pick up at the airport to the drop off back there, it was faultless. The Technicians who actually did my procedure were fantastic, they are highly skilled in what they were doing and took great pride in their work. They kept me informed all the way through the 4.5 hour procedure and I new from the start I had made the right choice going with Vanity Clinic. What I liked is that even after it was finished, I never felt abandoned, the aftercare was great and I had the most lovely young lady assigned to be my contact portal for the duration of my stay. She was always there if I had any questions or concerns, she was always very quick to reply to any messages I sent, and she was there taking notes on what the surgeon said I should do in terms of aftercare. Let’s be honest you don’t take in much at the time, so when I received a full list the next morning of her notes it was much appreciated. Dr Afet performed a mommy makeover on me, in Oct '23. This included a breast reduction and lift, tummy tuck, muscle repair and liposuction to tummy, sides and back. Her work is amazing and I can't thank her enough. Incisions were clean and straight and no sign of stitches. Pain was acceptable and I've got a very low pain threshold! She took away my large flabby tummy and drooping breasts and replaced them with a flat tight tummy and smaller, firmer breasts. She's a lovely woman who knows what women want and anticipates their needs, always making sure to manage expectations. Her and her team are always at the end of the phone and no question is left unanswered. Furthermore, they remain in touch after surgery is done and you've gone home. I cannot recommend her enough!
I had a rhinoplasty done by DR. Turkmen together with my sister. And I had THE BEST experience ever. Before, during and after we had contact with Melisa. She guided us through everything from the many questions about the surgery, the hotel to be arranged, the transfers, to even answering our last minute calls because we needed someone to translate and arrange- she was always there to support. We had the best and positive contact with everyone involved, from Dr. Turkmen and Melisa to the caretakers in the hospital and the drivers of the transfers. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. We also got all the necessities for the aftercare (spray, medication,..) which is super handy that you don't have to arrange that yourself. And most importantly, the result of the nose. Simply BEAUTIFUL. I got a nose that fits my face perfectly, he improved my breathing and I see that he has listened to what my wishes are and what I did not want.
