Lovely clinic team and doctor, I had a lip lift and fox eye lift done and love my results I was picked up at the airport on time and everyone was so friendly. I felt comfortable and safe for my entire procedure and the aftercare by the team is on point. The doctor took his time to understand what I wanted and didn’t want and thoroughly explained what he was going to do. The hotel was also very nice and comfortable. On 1st august 2022, I had two skin removal procedures (extended arm lift and extended thigh lift) at the same time. I did a lot of research into surgery abroad and I knew I wanted to make sure the surgery was done at a hospital, not a clinic. I had a very positive experience with FlyHealth. My surgery was performed at a private hospital by a private surgeon, with follow-up appointments at the surgeon's private clinic. Both settings were clean and tidy and I felt in safe hands throughout. The organisation and itinerary/information was thorough and really helpful - and provided well in advance so I was able to familiarise myself. Everything was thought of - from hotel, to airport transfers, to appointment transfers and a patient coordinator to translate at appointments. The communication between myself to FlyHealth and FlyHealth to the surgeon has been quick and seamless.
