The surgery was performed professionally and with care by the head surgeon and nurses. The results were better than what I expected and imagined. The before during and aftercare by Snooker our assigned chief of staff was so caring knowledgeable and patient. Guiding us through the whole process, organizing everything, explaining everything and doing the general running around to make sure we were happy and comfortable.
