The experience of the team showed, no pain, felt totally at ease (even though I don't like needles) and the nurse made me feel valued. The cost was reasonable considering how stress-free and fast the service was. I wouldn't skimp on a permanent appearance-altering procedure ever!

Have been going to Allison Jeffrey's clinic for 13 years now for treatments and I can honestly say Allison and her team are amazing. I am always delighted with the results and I would not trust anyone else. All the staff are so lovely and the clinic is pristine. I cannot recommend Yulia and Charlotte highly enough! Yulia is such an expert and will only treat you if she thinks you need the treatment. The finish is very natural and has taken years off me, so I'm told by others! It doesn't hurt that much and you feel in very safe hands with Yulia. With fillers, I've now got cheekbones I've never had! Yulia is incredibly ethical, very honest and also really lovely. Hydrafacials with Charlotte are a laugh a minute as she's so lovely and funny! My skin feels so clean and smooth for ages afterwards. It's really worth the money and no other facial has ever had these results on me. It doesn't hurt and is relaxing, yet has deep and very effective results. I found Novello on a Google search. My first impression was how clean the clinic is and how professional Yulia and Charlotte are and also have such expertise and experience. Over 3 years on, and... I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I have been coming to Dawn for many years. I lie about my age often - thanks to Dawn! It’s become an ongoing joke as I started taking 5 years off my DOB and now I take 10 years off! What I love the most is how professional Dawn is and on more than 1 occasion she has told me ‘you don’t need fillers’ or ‘ that will be too much for your lips/face’. Dawn will not take your money and will turn it away for you to look good, that’s not the case for all practitioners, unfortunately. I can not recommend Dawn enough and her new salon is a dream it’s very clinical and immaculate. I will continue rolling back the years with Dawn and recommending her, it’s our faces at the end of the day! Don’t take a risk with unrealistic offers book with a professional who cares.

Been coming to Julia for years for treatments and would highly recommend her clinic. She knows her stuff and is extremely passionate about what she does. I recently had a softwave and have seen a massive improvement in my neck, and it has lifted my hooded eyelids. Julia and Viki made sure I was comfortable and at ease during my treatment. I would highly recommend Julia and her team. They are all very professional, and from the moment you walk in, you are made to feel welcome.

Delighted with treatment provided by Dr Anthony. Suffered for years with small lumps under eyes. After the consultation was informed they would be easily removed with laser treatment! Had one laser session and once slight bruising and scabs had gone away couldn't believe the difference - amazing no more lumps. Would highly recommend this clinic. Very efficient team. Cost was very reasonable for such a transformation.
