Toni is wonderful, she’s patient and understanding and knows what the word ‘natural’ means. She’s very knowledgeable about aesthetic procedures and also dermatology. Nothing is too much trouble. After an initial phone consultation then a more comprehensive consultation and examination at the clinic, putting my mind at rest, Andy used a cauterizing method to remove my raised mole in little time, simply stinging a little with no blood showing. Excellent experience with Proderma. I contacted the clinic by email and I got a quick and detailed reply as well as an appointment in a very short time. I had a skin cancer screening, as I had a mole which had been growing lately. The staff who visited me was professional, accurate and extremely nice. I was a bit afraid they would have suggested removing the mole, even if it was not strictly necessary, but they absolutely did not. Last but not least, the price was fair and it seems to me it was also convenient in comparison to those of other clinics that I had contacted earlier for a quote.
