I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. I felt very excited after hair transplant because I saw myself getting younger. My hair grew faster than I expected. The experience of hair transplant in Hanfei was really good. The doctor answered my questions in detail. I felt very relaxed during the hair transplant. There was a little pain during the injection of anaesthetics, but no other discomfort later. The scabs in the planting area were a little itchy, but I didn't scratch them, because the doctor told me not to scratch them, just let them fall off naturally. On the tenth day, I cleared the scabs. Now my hair looks natural. I am very happy.

1st time here but I am very impressed by their professionalism, standards and quality of service. I would say my visit here was rather painless and joyful. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
