Everything from my initial free consultation, through my treatment and aftercare for a small growth on my head and a brown mole on the side of my forehead was absolutely fantastic. Dr Benitez was thorough and sensitive to my needs and so very professional, the operations that she carried out were exceptional. The general care at Dr Benitez's clinic was something I have not experienced before. Caring and professional from the very beginning with aftercare that was so very good. A particular mention has to go to her nurse and her colleagues who were so very friendly, wonderful!! I cannot thank the ladies enough for their care and kindness.
I’ve had several different treatments with Dr Brad! Including Treatment for Wrinkles, Profhilo, eye hollow filler and laser treatments for uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation. Dr Brad is a highly professional Doctor and very compassionate. I’m really happy with the results of the laser treatments and it’s given me more confidence! The environment is beautiful and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. They offer a great number of treatments to choose from. We discussed my needs and offered me solutions. Also, they provided me with an additional diet plan which I needed, tailored to my needs. Overall I had a good experience there. For the results, I will need some time, but so far it is as expected and described. The only thing I could mention to help you improve is to offer you the "full" package at the beginning and not proposing additional benefits after the customer pays for the package. It feels awkward to pay 2 times, one at the beginning and one more for the upgraded package. It will definitely be one of my first choices for my future needs! Thank you.
