It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. Nice staff smooth arrival. Luxery taxi from airport to the hospital. Blood tests at the same day/night. Very comfortable suite room. Careful and nice nurses. The surgery next day. Ghe surgery went smooth. The doctors are professional and take good care of their patient. They pay attention to the details of your sympyoms an past history. The surgery went smooth without any complications. The surgeon is always available to answer all your questions. The translator is a very nice warm hearted young lady. Her name is Almira. Soecial thank to her and to yhe sweet nurses. She is available anytime and always available at the phone. She cares alot about the patients. Third day of surgery, the same luxery taxi takes you to the airport. You get all the medicines you need for 1 to 3 months with you from the hodpital before leaving. Had a Gastric sleeve performed and didn't know what or how will I feel the aftermath. It's important to note the care of the consultant (Damla) who ensured that I was well received and everything must be smooth throughout my stay in Istanbul. Then met Tanya and took me through everything to be done on the day until the operation. Dr Derici did a splendid job and the nutritionist all played their roles with care & how my lifestyle will be like going forward. Two nights spent at the hospital was such a wonderful experience since the nurses did their best to take care of me and even went beyond expectations by translating with phones to ensure I understood what was happening and ensured I was relaxed. In overall, my experience was awesome & worth it!!!

So my year is finally up with Apera Health Group. In this one year, I have to say Apera saved my life. I had gastric sleeve surgery. My mental health was bad for many years, and 2022 was my worst. Hey this is Angie from US, before I came to Turkey, I was nervous about getting this treatment. Whether you get in US or Turkey, the procedure is still risky. But the price difference between two country is considerable. Therefore, I would suggest people to do your homework very well. Do your reasearch and read as much as information to understand the whole process. Firstly, I understand that Turkey has a solid infrastructure in health industry and generally their services are good. But you never know what inside of the orange without peel of. I've choose Clinic Center and found them in google and check out their comments. I was satisfied what I've read and made my decision and got my surgery. Every step was under the control of the clinic. Staff in hospital and the doctor was so helpful. I';m now 5 weeks out and already lost 40lbs. I'm very happy about my decision, I know it will change my life forever. Thanks the clinic center and the staff for everything. Have a good one!

I went to Vanity for a temporal eyebrow lift, buccal fat removal, and chin lipo. Everything was managed by the amazing team, I am really happy I’ve chosen to have everything done at their clinic!

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

I would like to thank all the staff especially my coordinator Claudia who was exceptional. She was very helpful and very professional in the way she dealt with things. Any problems I had She would resolve them straight away with no problems. The hotels I have stayed were absolutely fantastic. The hospital was very good and all the staff there were helpful and polite. Overall an excellent quality service. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone wishing a top quality service at an affordable cost.

I had my procedure on 07/11/22 and returned home 6 days later. From start to finish it was a professional, caring, reassuring and great experience. My surgeon was Mustafa Keleş, who was friendly, funny and reassuring and his work is fabulous. I had a breast lift and areas of lipo which I am over the moon with the results. Super after care from nurses at the clinic. Big thank you to Oguz and Olivia for supporting me at each step before and after my procedures. I would and have recommended AYT 100%.

I was a very unhealthy, unhappy man weighing 149.23 kg. At 46 years old I had my first heart attack. At 48 years old I was diagnosed with angina. My weight was killing me. In September 2022 the NHS turned me down for Surgery for the 4th time. I knew someone local who had been to Turkey and lost a huge amount of weight so I went to see him and I got the contact details. I sent a message via instagram to Dr Metin Karadeniz and Sezen, his co-ordinator got straight back to me via WhatsApp. She answered all my questions without hesitation, checking details with doctors about my heart issues and medication. We agreed to schedule surgery for the following week. I booked the flights and 5 days later they picked me up from Izmir airport. I was taken to a decent hotel for the first night and then they took me to the hospital the next morning. Sezen met me there and took me to see all the different doctors for every test you can imagine. Heart, lungs, x-ray, ultrasound, mental health: everything was checked. I felt well cared for and the level of professionalism was excellent. I met Dr Metin Karadeniz before the operation and we had a chat. I felt completely at ease. I went down early afternoon and woke up back in my private hospital room. I was walking a few hours later with very minimal pain. The staff came and checked on me regularly and gave me IV fluids. I spent the next three days in hospital, walking and following their post operative regime. When Dr Metin discharged me I went back to the hotel for a few days, enjoying walking around Ismir. I went for a checkup at his clinic with him and the nutritionist before returning home to England. It has now been 10 weeks since surgery and I have lost 30.39kg! I feel so much healthier, I no longer have sleep apnea, my cholesterol has come down from 6.7 to 3.5, my HbA1c is down to 33. My BMI was 46.94 and is now 35.8. I was a 48” waist and I’m now a 40”. This has been the best gift I have ever given myself. It has saved my life. If you are big/unhappy/struggling……. Don’t hesitate. It’s not a magic wand and the new lifestyle isn’t easy but it is life-changing. Thank you to the whole team.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

What can I say but Wow clincton is an amazing company. Our representative was Seline and she was so kind, supportive and patient with my daughter and I. My daughter had an operation too and Seline even scrubbed up and went into the operating room with her as she was so nervous. This meant she missed lunch and was at the hospital for hours with her. She was always on call and got all our answers immediately. So kind to us both and Bella and appreciate her so much. The surgeons for both mine and Bella were absolutely brilliant. My result was so natural and I feel and look ten years younger. My daughter’s surgery was done a by an expert with. Perfect results I can thank you Seline and the whole team at Clincton. I flew from the UK 14/02/24 for loop bibartician, Faith the co ordinator was amazing from me querying to booking everything, didnt hesitate to answer any of my questions at all. The transfer was there ready and waiting, took us straight to the hospital. I was booked in and taken up to my room. The hospital, ward was absolutely spotless, me and my auntie was given a 3 course meal straight away at 9pm and I had to fast from midnight. I Cannot fault the care I had from start to finish, the nurses were exceptional and couldn't do enough, Doctor Bora is one of the nicest gentlemen I have ever met, I saw him quite a lot throughout my stay during my pre-ops, surgery and post-surgery, the dietician was so lovely and went through my diet plans with me and even organised for me to have protein powder delivered to my room(£35 for 30 servings) The pre op tests were so thorough and the whole experience of going down to theatre on surgery day 16th was completely professional. Faith messaged me good luck for my operation and messaged to see how I was after. I cannot fault anything and my whole experience was way more than expected .. Im now 6 days post op and feeling so good cant wait to have my first weigh in tomorrow. No regrets at all .. Go for it!

Excellent Service. I arrived at the hospital in the early hours of the morning I was immediately looked after and the tests started straight away. I had my gastric sleeve surgery on 5th September 2022. I was feeling anxious but the team put my mind to rest. All of the staff were very professional and could not do enough for me. I would like to say a big thank you to Nesrin and Dr Habibi for answering all of my questions and coming in to see my progress on a daily basis also a huge thank you to Prof Bulbuller for performing my life changing surgery. The recovery period has been so much quicker than I anticipated. I have alot more energy and can see the weight loss already. I would definitely recommend and excellent value for money.
