I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .
The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery
Dr Omid has been the dentist for my whole family for many years. He is kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and explains all treatment options clearly and answers any questions. I was afraid of going to the dentist before I became a patient with Omid, but his reassuring manner and almost pain-free treatments have inspired my full trust and confidence. I'm a GP with 25 years experience and know a bit about healthcare provision. Simon's care was faultless. He arranged to see me with a difficult extraction by email almost instantly (my own dentist had suggested a maxillofacial surgeon as he was not prepared to do it). The procedure was impeccable. I felt no pain or suggestion that this was without his field of competency. I was surprised when it was over as I was waiting for the tough part. I was hugely impressed. A nice guy as well. He has my total faith. He is motivated to continue to improve (he is sitting a supplementary exam to enhance his qualifications) and would do well anywhere.
