From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.

I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. I travelled from the UK to get chin and jaw liposuction with Dr.Ferhat and the whole experience was amazing I would recommend anyone wanting this procedure to book in with Dr Ferhat! I have previously had this procedure done in Istanbul 3 years ago and it did not work. I also got nerve damage from this and wasn’t able to smile properly for 6 months following, which was my biggest worry about getting the procedure done again. However, I’ve had a completely different experience this time round and I’ve had no issues with nerve damage. My jawline is now defined and I have no saggy skin. It is obvious that Dr Ferhat is very experienced in this procedure and all his staff are very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe in Dr Ferhat's clinic and I am so happy with my results already I’m only 4 days post-op! Also if anyone is thinking of having this procedure but is worried about the pain, don’t be!! It’s totally pain-free just the obvious swelling but worth it!
