This morning I visited the Toa Clinic, in a very unhappy state after having top eyelid bletharoplasty surgery, which left my eyelids sunken and hollow. Sofia put me at ease immediately in a reassuring manner and I left in a completely transformed state, very happy with a lovely new look, thanks to Sofia’s great work.

After having an online consultation with the doctor, he came back with excellent recommendations. Referred me to a doctor at my surgery and treatment commenced extremely quickly. Many thanks again

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

Good clinic, in a good location and at a reasonable price. Went to the clinic based on a recommendation from my friend. Ended up getting an injection for my forehead wrinkles. Now I feel a significant change in my skin quality and that my face is tightened up. My colleagues at work all asked what procedures I received. Overall good clinic. Had M Sculpting/Body Sculpting procedure done. Absolutely amazed with the results! Lost a massive 6cm around my stomach in under 3 weeks! I was not expecting that much at all in such a short time! The staff are incredible! Always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They will do whatever they can to go out of the way for you. I underwent surgical treatment to remove excess skin above my eyelids. Yes, I think all in all and given the quality of the service I do think it was good value. I chose this clinic because it was the most responsive of those that I contacted, and it gave me a very positive impression on my first visit/consultation. All the staff were very friendly and professional, and the surgeon was very clear at explaining the procedure and what to expect.
