Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I finally made the decision to see Dr Kemp for treatment of my spider veins. My legs have been covered in these veins since I was early teens and made me feel older and self-conscious…. After a few treatments I feel so happy and Dr Kemp was always super professional and gentle and explained the treatment really well. The staff and little practice are also really welcoming. Dr Onuma is a talented and caring professional with a demonstrably sincere and genuine interest in providing the absolute best outcomes for his patients. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. I am so grateful I found Dr Onuma. To date, the treatments and services I have received from him and his Nurse have been welcoming, supportive and successful and I look forward to returning for further treatment and surgery when I am able.

After the procedure I was given Mr Massoods phone number should I have any problems. The after care I received was outstanding. A week after surgery I was still quite tender so I contacted Mr Massood who instantly replied to me and reassured me. He then stayed in contact to ensure I made some improvement over the next few days. I still had some concerns so Mr Massood offered me a follow-up appointment for the following day! Again I was put at ease. Since then my recovery has been great! So thank you again Oakden Clinic for your exceptional service at such a reasonable price!

I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.
